Dodgy. I’ve filmed them taking cash in hand and not writing in their books. They don’t give customers receipts and hide money in drawer. They never have eftpos and always say Not working today’ for the past 5 months!!! I’m reporting them to tax office with footage. Read Less

I go here on a regular basis because it’s handy to home, but am considering going elsewhere. The girls working here are very unfriendly, but what is worse is that they try to grab customers as soon as they walk in the door and seat them. So if you’re in the middle of having your nails done, they will leave you half way through and start on the new customer so they get their business. Twice I have been left waiting to complete my job while the customer who has come in after me has left before me. These people need to engage in a booking system when it’s busy on weekends and develop a friendlier approach to their clients. I'm a recent born again nail addictee. I had shellac here that was fine then next visit SNS. Then within 2+ weeks I had 7 fingernails cracked. So yesterday I had SNS removed and back to Shellac. This morning I have a broken nail. I've done nothing to harm them. I'm not sure what's going on but I'll have to try a new salon. Read Less

This salon uses an excellent nail product called Nexgen, which I really like. It's hard wearing, lasting and doesn't damage like gel if removed properly, soaked off! I popped in today as one nail required repair due to growth. The lovely guy fixed it and tidied up all others and wouldn't accept any money. A lovely customer focussed gesture.Read Less
