Second time I've visited as I don't live locally, first time was lovely although the polish chipped after a week, this time I had acrylic overlay with gel polish and a shellac top coat, the overlay was so thin that my nails are actually sharp for the first time in years and the polish has lasted 36 hours before chipping, think I'll be going elsewhere on the next visit

Have my nails done here on a regular basis, never have a problem and I'm always happy with the results. Would recommend this salon to everyone.

Wonderful, the young man, that did my pedicure and manicure, was so respectful and gentle. I felt really pampered, and my feet and hands were lovely. Great experience..

I had my nails done on Thursday. Opted for square shape. Some were wonky, they look ridiculous and then this morning one has snapped off. Absolute waste of £25. I would complain to the store but I wouldn't even want them fixing for free, the atmosphere in there was dreadful. Wouldn't go again for sure.

I had acrylics done a little over a week ago and I loved them. After a week my nails had grown lots so they looked silly (to me). My nails do grow very quickly but lily was more than happy for me to go back in and sort them out for me. Now I'm back to my own natural nails with gel and love them still! Such a lovely lady, she took her time and the guys that did the acrylics did also. Looking forward to coming back in a few weeks for a new design xx

I give them a five star as they were so nice and easy to talk to also they had reasonable prices, lots of colours of normal varnish and lots of gel nail varnish.Would definitely be going again.

I went a few weeks ago to get a set of acrylics done, nails turned out really nice, however I felt slighly uncomfortable and unwelcome whilst I was there. I had to go back to then get them taken off, same uncomfortable atmosphere- we sat there in silence whilst I had my nails done etc, my technitian made no effort to make it a happy experience for me on both occaisions. Once I had my acrylics off I paid them £10, when he gave me my change I said "you can keep it as a tip because you did a good job on my nails, so thank you" I didn't recieve a thank you or a smile from any of the staff when I left. I just felt deflated and wanted my tip money back. They do really good nails and I'm sure if you're looking for just that aspect of a nail salon then you'll love it here. However if you want to feel appreciated as a customer, then I wouldn't reccomend.

Second time I've visited as I don't live locally, first time was lovely although the polish chipped after a week, this time I had acrylic overlay with gel polish and a shellac top coat, the overlay was so thin that my nails are actually sharp for the first time in years and the polish has lasted 36 hours before chipping, think I'll be going elsewhere on the next visit

I would complain to the store but I wouldn't even want them fixing for free, the atmosphere in there was dreadful. Wouldn't go again for sure.

I had acrylics done a little over a week ago and I loved them. After a week my nails had grown lots so they looked silly (to me). My nails do grow very quickly but lily was more than happy for me to go back in and sort them out for me. Now I'm back to my own natural nails with gel and love them still! I went a few weeks ago to get a set of acrylics done, nails turned out really nice, however I felt slighly uncomfortable and unwelcome whilst I was there. I had to go back to then get them taken off, same uncomfortable atmosphere- we sat there in silence whilst I had my nails done etc, my technitian made no effort to make it a happy experience for me on both occaisions.
