such a fab set of girls that work at cuteicles. today was my second visit due to a nail mishap as I had to cancel my last 2 appointments. on each cancellation Lizzie was very understanding and more than happy to book me in for the following week. finally got sorted today, minus one nail which will hopefully be better next week. Definitely would not recommend. When I arrived, I wasnt acknowledged, the girl just started doing her makeup. I was looking forward to trying ear candling, to be told I'd have to lay on a bed in the middle of the salon, with everyone watching! Not my idea of relaxing at all. So when I said I didn't want it doing then, no apologies were given, she just said okay. If you don't have a separate room, you should atleast make clients aware on your page. Very unprofessional! I don't often get my nails done because in my job they don't really allow it. I chopped almost my entire nail off in a freak bread knife incident at home and was devastated at how it looked. Went to see if Lizzie could do anything for me as it was super painful and sensitive. I was being a massive wimp leading to her touching my poorly finger. Turns out she fixed me (without hurting me and my butchered finger) and my nail grew out pain free and looking good hidden by a set... of glittering acrylics. First time going and was fab at doing nails, never seen it done the way they was done. The only thing that let it down was 2 hours before I was having my in fills done, my appointment was cancelled (understandably with the circumstances) was told she would contact me to arrange another date and time, not heard one thing for weeks which is a shame as I really liked her nails she did for me! I go to Cute'icles on a regular basis to get acrylic nails done and I never come out disappointed. The designs Lizzie comes up with are great and each set is unique. I have also gone to Lizzie with a particular design which was recreated perfectly. In contrast to popular belief the acrylic has never damaged my nails whilst I have been going here and each set has lasted over 3 weeks.Read Less
