Got my hair done yesterday not worth the money, very expensive for what I got! Also wasn't told about added extras for a toner should have been told about this before just going ahead and doing it then being charged at the end. Had a rude receptionist when phoned to make the appointment so booked via the app but didn't let this put me off but after my salon experience I will not be back! I went here before going on holiday for lashes I was delighted with them but I was disappointed with the staff I was in for the best part of an hour and not once did they engage in any conversation with me the only time they spoke was to tell me how to cate for them I couldn't wait to leave so I'm afraid I'd rather go else where .. I went to Sassys last night to have a spray tan. When asked what the occasion was I told the girl it was for my brothers wedding to which she replied "oh so we don't want to make u too dark then just light & natural looking" yes perfect...well if this is light & natural looking I would hate to see the state of clients who come in & ask to be dark! Pictures below of my hands which to be honest is the worst bit. I felt rushed out after being sprayed too & didn't feel like i was dry enough to be getting dressed (but who am i to question a "professional"?!) Anyway got to go to my brothers wedding today looking like an oompa loompa...affronted. I used to never go anywhere but Sassys for spray tans when Sara used to do them & expected it to be still be a high standard but this was a disaster & safe to say I will never be back. Read Less

Absolutely delighted with Sassy's! Yana has worked wonders on fixing a terrible colour from another salon and I'm happy to say I will be staying with Sassy's for good now! All the girls are lovely and very welcoming, always on hand to offer you a drink and very thorough with their work. Had both hair and make up done on Friday for attending a wedding. Was happy enough with hairdo and the girl who done it was lovely. The star rating does not reflect the hair side of my appointment. However, I wasn't particularly impressed with the make up. For the price, it was nothing special and my husband commented that I could do as well myself. Not the reaction you want! When I got home I realised right away that the base was far too pale and also overly powdery loo...king. The girl did seem very unsure what colour to use at the time and was asking me. I'm not a mua. Anyway I managed to sort that out reasonably so. Apart from this my main issues are that I don't think who I had booked was who actually done my make up. But this may be confusion from the app/messages from too sassy. (I'm sure they said it was booked with Stephanie). Secondly, the customer service/experience on the make up side of things was pretty shocking. Was taken approximately 15 mins after my appointment time. I was at no point kept updated as to what was going on/running late etc etc and of course being a special occasion I was on a tight time schedule. I found this whole experience very stressful. When I was eventually taken through, my make up application was interrupted at least 3 times by a customer who had earlier had make up done and was having an issue with an eyelash. The first time this happened the girl doing my make up just walked away from me and didn't say a word. Very poor customer service. The other times she did apologise but I definitely felt the other customer was still taking priority during my own appointment time. Very disappointing. See More Read Less

Cannot do hair properly as good as they say! Went as thought it was a good hairdressers as what people say, outragous prices for hair done that they cannot do professionally. Had brown hair got told I couldn't get the colour I wanted as I wanted grey, but I was told my hair would be took to the lighest colour possible which I was ok with. I came out with the exact same hair colour and was charged £90! Read Less
