Diabolical the lady cut my finger twice with a basic nail file ? Enough to draw blood she them wiped it with kitchen roll then proceeded to change the file to a used one not once did she use a anti bac spray ? Which is shocking enough then got me thinking how many other victims had she done this to??????. Then there is a Massive language barrier I'm not being rude but I literally could not understand a word she said ?. I'm only scoring this one star because you can't give a zero and write a review. People that work there are lovely, however the nails are not so. I recommend UK nails in anglia square, absolutely amazing! My nails came off after a WEEK at this place, never again. made two of my fingers bleed also. Read Less

The worst nail bar I have EVER visited. I went yesterday with a few of my friends, and we went to have our nails done. The man there was very rude, and constantly snapping at us pulling our hands instead of asking nicely to relax them and shouting at others who were having their nails done too, other customers were staring as he shouted, and he also was smacking down bottles of hand lotion on the desk as he was getting annoyed. While filing my nails with the tool he had burnt the sides of my skin, and wasn't putting much care in at all. As for my friend he had cut her and made her hands bleed. Overall, nails weren't too bad, they were satisfactory, but some were oddly shaped, and by a few hours after I left my nails were painful. As we are students the £5 off was said on the door we had proof but he wouldn't let us both have it off. He shouted "NOT YOU JUST HER". Highly do not reccomend, nasty place, not nice people in the shop. He didn't sell it to me at all will definitely not be going back. If you don't like your job and have to be rude to customers who are paying you, then the simple thing to do is leave. Not impressed at all. Read Less
