Truly amazing nails, I have been coming here for about a year now and I am always so pleased with my nails. The designs that they can achieve are out of this world, I get so many comments about my nails. I have tried many places for nails and this is the only salon I have found that looks after your cuticles and the quality is brilliant no chips, breaks or lifting. Won't be going anywhere else! I absolutely love this salon. I do my nails there, Oksana does an amazing job. She never told me she couldn't do something that I've wanted. She's always up for a challenge, more difficult design, and honestly she's never disappointed me. In my eyes, the best place to go get your nails done. And it doesn't matter is it just gel overlay or is it gel nails (like mine). Oksana also did my eyebrows (wax and colour). As I've never done it before, she made the atmosphere very frien...dly and made me feel like it's nothing. She did everything to make me feel good and pleasant. And I'm definitely going to do my eyebrows there again. And now lastly, haircuts. I've had haircuts in a lot of different salons and stuff, always expecting the same and always getting the same quality. But today I had a haircut with Gemma (the red hair girl). I've never had such a good service in my entire life. As I'm in college, people usually treat me like a child and never bother giving good customer service. But this was something completely different. As soon as I walked into the salon, she greeted me with the big smile asking if I'm Evelina. I said yes. As I've arrived much earlier (20-30mins) she started doing everything earlier because she had time (not everyone would do that). From the first minute I could see how energised and friendly she is. Enthusiastic about her job. She offered me different things, she let me know what she's doing and she always was so focused on me. I felt like I'm in the highest quality hair and beauty salon, I felt like I'm being served with such a respect and intelligence. This was the best experience I've ever had with hair and beauty salons and even though they have moved a little further than they've been before, it is worth it going there 100%.
