What a horrible experience! My daughter wanted to cheer me up so we went here to get gel polish done. I suffer from psoriatic atheists and psoriasis so my fingers are a little bent I sometimes have a flare up on my fingers so they look a little red, but no open sores! I asked the male assistant if my hands were ok to have a gel polish, he look at them and told me to sit down, while he was doing my nails a women assistant came over and said “your nails are very very hard to do” then she went back to doing my daughters nails. why wasn’t I told this before they were being worked on, I felt really uncomfortable while they were being done, when the male assistant had done, the women assistant stood up and said in a loud voice “ we are not doing your nails again because of infection ” I was so shocked and upset , especially as she let the whole shop hear her, if there was a problem why did they do them at all! My daughter was horrified and couldn’t believe how we were treated, she put the money on the counter and we walked out! And by the way Nails and Beauty, I am not contagious! Read Less

I have been going to these ladies for years. They are always happy to accommodate and tryout new colours and patterns on my nails. Occasionally when they have been training a new person I have some problems but when you point it out to them, they are always happy to correct. Everyone needs to learn and start somewhere. Always get a drink and have even been given hot water with lemon and honey when I was feeling under the weather, but husband who has to take me and wait is always given a coffee to. I've become a regular customer since my best friend took me. I've been to other salons but I never had the service like I get here. All the staff are lovely. Friendly and helpful. We have a hot drink on arrival. The decor is beautiful And we have a great time. Get in if you can. X Read Less

The friendly staff did a great job on my nails. Professional service in a short time. And excellent results. If you have itchy skin conditions like eczema I recommend getting gel nails. They do much less damage to your skin when you scratch. I have eczema and already I can tell these nails are soft and gentle on my bad skin. It's amazing. I had my nails done here 9 days later I had to have them taken off as they were really sore I demanded my money back (£40) I was told by Vanessa I could only have a voucher as I had left it 2 weeks before I went back and I could only get a refund within 2 weeks I got my money eventually after a lot of arguing as I told her 9 days does not make 2 weeks. This is a fantastic nail & beauty salon. I would not go anywhere else to have my nails done. Vanessa & the rest of the staff always make me feel very welcome and the are fast and efficient, but I never feel rushed. I always ask for Son to do my nails, he is so friendly and skilled. I dont wear false nails but my d'ter does - found this on internet as closest to repair a broken nail she suffered whilst in Norfolk on holiday; decided on refills at the same time Absolutely wonderful, friendly & entertaining staff! I was offered a hot drink whilst waiting. Decor really welcoming & chic. The end result?... The best acrylics I've ever seen my d'ter wearing - very professional & wonderful finish to them. Aweful. After traveling from the outskirts of Norwich as only place i could get an app.. over 15 mins after my app time there is still people waiting infront of me and seating was full. Then to be told they only need to finish filing and painting a full set in gel polish we all know that isnt a quick thing. At £30+ min on what id booked in for youd expect better... as i live on the outskirts of norwich i wouldnt have had time to have them done and return home in time so couldn't get them done. Booked an appt online, got informed that the price would be between £20-30. When I arrived I was told for the nail varnish I wanted I would be charged £10 more, making it £40. Clearly I said no. Eventually got the nails done, was asked for payment before polish went on: I'm now very clear as to why. Within minutes of having my nails done one had chipped, another when I got home. The varnish bubbled cause it wasn't applied properly and wasn't smooth and tbh I would pay good money to get these off quicker than they went on. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. Read Less

Will never step foot in there again! Rude staff, called up as on the website it says eye brow threading, booked in saying i want eye brow THREADING, went in and said I'm here to get my eye brows threaded she then started to pluck which I thought she would just doing before threading then when I ask when she is going to thread they say they don't do it and only do pluck! She didn't believe me when I said the website says you do until I actually had to prove them and get it off my phone. Very rude shouted at me saying if I don't pay then she won't do no more (had done one eye brow) as soon as I said I will complain she then done the other.
