I have been going to Charisma for years now and would never go anywhere else! The salon has a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere and I am always made to feel welcome every time I go in. All the staff seem genuinely happy to work there which, as a customer, is evident and just adds to my experience. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

I have been a regular visitor to Charisma and since having children been more of a 'special occasion' visitor, however whenever I go into the salon Charlotte and the team are always welcoming, friendly and put you at ease making you feel relaxed from the very start. Their knowledge and training is always kept up to date with the industry changes and I know I am always going to get the best treatment and advice. I always recommend Charisma to friends and family.

My favourite place for pampering! I’ve been treating myself to visits to Charisma for a couple of years now, and I have never been disappointed. My last visit was for a gel manicure with Lottie, and as ever I left with a beautifully polished set of nails. There is never any rush when appointments over-run, and every customer is made to feel like the most important person in the world. Lottie has a wonderful manner, as well as being a skilled nail technician, and whether it’s conversation or quiet that you are needing, she respects that intuitively.
I would thoroughly recommend giving charisma a try, whether it is for nails, facials, massages, or any of the other full range of treatments that they provide. Everyone is a winner!

I love coming to Charisma. No matter which member of the fantastic team I see, the level of service is second to none. I think their booking app is great, and the environment is always relaxing, which for me is a massive bonus because I spend 99.9% of my life rushing around. So it's nice to be given a bit of tlc by the charisma team who genuinely take a keen interest.

Having had previous gel nail polish at other places on removal my nails were wrecked. On my last visit here I talked to one of girls about this and she suggested I try having them done there. I had them done and loved them. Had them removed today and was bit worried how my nails would be after but they look amazing. Definitely having them done again. Thank you.

This day spa is so lush and so are the staff! They serviced me wonderfully for 2 years whilst I completed my MA at UEA. Kellie Harrowing and Leann Ward? (she got married not sure of her last name) Helped me many times along with Charlotte Sims and Suzy! The entire staff and team are amazing. This day spa is so fun and relaxing. The atmosphere is welcome and cosy. Don't worry, they will let you take your time, you won't be rushed! Also, I might suggest a cuppa on the cold day...s and some orange squash on the warm days :) They always have a drink available to you! I can't say enough good things about this day spa and its owner/manager/and staff and services. I am not from the UK, I am actually from NJ, USA and this little spa made such a difference in my time in Norwich. I miss everyone so much! I have been going to Charisma for years now and would never go anywhere else! The salon has a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere and I am always made to feel welcome every time I go in. My last visit was for a gel manicure with Lottie, and as ever I left with a beautifully polished set of nails. I love coming to Charisma. No matter which member of the fantastic team I see, the level of service is second to none. I think their booking app is great, and the environment is always relaxing, which for me is a massive bonus because I spend 99.9% of my life rushing around.
