Omg 1st visit never again a girl came in wanting a job so she can qualify the lady goes paint her nails. And tapped me on the shoulder the poor girl was shaking as she was painting my nails. Ok they went over them but I’ve dents and bumps all over my nails very unprofessional said gel £20 thought maybe cause I’m new picked out a colour from what they showed me and she goes £45. O and the lady started then went out for something to eat I had to wait till she got back absolutely disappointed

it was very unhygienic. nail dust & fake nails everywhere - didn’t sterilse equipment or work surface once. my hands were put in a drier that another ladies feet were in 5 mins before.
whilst i was in there another woman complained about her pedicure not being good - i should have left at this point. i was told to wait five minutes and half an hour later finally sat down to have my nails done.
felt so unclean afterward and couldn’t wait to get home to shower. they also left a massive gap between the acrylic nail and cuticles so it looks as though i got them done two weeks ago instead of two days ago!
don’t go there if you pride yourself for being clean and having nice nails.

The place is very dirty. They don’t sterilize their equipment at all. Was actually terrified when I saw what tools they use. The work was awful! I did pedi in there. The skin around my nails is rough ...
The place is very dirty. They don’t sterilize their equipment at all. Was actually terrified when I saw what tools they use. The work was awful! I did pedi in there. The skin around my nails is rough cause it was not removed properly. Shape is horrible as well as the nail polish. It’s honestly everywhere around few of my nails. If u don’t want to get disappointed u better choose another place🤮

Booked in for 12pm.. walked in and there where 3 other woman also booked in at 12pm. I was seen first at 12.30. I had to leave because I would have been later for my appointment and was then surrounde...
Booked in for 12pm.. walked in and there where 3 other woman also booked in at 12pm. I was seen first at 12.30. I had to leave because I would have been later for my appointment and was then surrounded by the staff in my face because they hadn’t done a top coat.. after letting them put a top coat on and then leaving 3 mins later my nails smudged. One guy told me to tell them I wanted to leave early so they could do the top coat in time.. they where half an hour late..
no apology for lateness nor money off my nails.
Overbooking is obviously normal for them.Place was really dirty and dusty.

Rubbish. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and would actually rather use USA Nails which is saying something! Made my little finger bleed, couldn’t even file into a square shape, rude,
