The salon/ spa is super cute. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Desi did a fantasic job lifting and tinting my lashes. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and talkative so the awkward laying there with your eyes closed breezed by. The biggest thing that struck me is every single employee in there will go out of your way to accommodate any request you have, whether or not they actually have the time; I've never heard anyone say no to a client's request. I have been gong to Kara for ten years for brow waxing - they are perfect and beautiful every time - the woman is an artist! Several friends go to Kara for brows. One friend said she had spent double for brow waxing and been to places in East Hampton, Beverly Hills and DC salons before she found Kara....she said Kara was the best.
