Terrible terrible salon. Had my nails done there recently and 6 days later 1 fell off. It's been 11 days now and ive lost 4 altogether. This is after being told they would last minimum of 3 weeks!!!

Terrible terrible salon. Had my nails done there recently and 6 days later 1 fell off. It's been 11 days now and ive lost 4 altogether. This is after being told they would last minimum of 3 weeks!!!
Went in today to be told by the owner that it's my fault because I'm pregnant and therefore my nails grow faster. I explained I've had nail extensions throughout my 5 previous pregnancies and never had any issues and was told the Chinese salons I visited before used ingredients that shouldn't even be legal in this country.
They said I could have them fixed but at my own cost. Disgusting customer service. I've had a really awful time lately and these were a treat from my husband. £30 wasted!

Had my eyebrows microbladed today and I love them the staff couldn't of been any nicer Update: followed all of the aftercare instructions but roughly a week later I noticed that my eyebrows seemed very fair again, few days later and they were back to how they used to be my sisters have gone exactly the same, looks like we never even had them done! Such a shame because the salon was lovely & the staff were really friendly, hopefully it's just ours and everyone else's have stayed but I'm glad we didn't pay Would definitely have them done again in the future though, wouldn't be at urban oasis as I have now moved back to Essex but I'd still recommend the salon for other treatments

what a lovely salon Urban Oasis we were out shopping nipped in to look around the shop which has lovely things in got talking to the shop assistant booked there and then for massage as they do monthly offers!! normal prices are reasonable to. wasn't disappointed at all amazing!! daughter had brows waxed fabulous!! both booked again lovely friendly helpful staff special thanks go to Ross making our experience with the salon a very nice one thank you...

Terrible terrible salon. Had my nails done there recently and 6 days later 1 fell off. It's been 11 days now and ive lost 4 altogether. This is after being told they would last minimum of 3 weeks!!!
Went in today to be told by the owner that it's my fault because I'm pregnant and therefore my nails grow faster. Had my eyebrows microbladed today and I love them the staff couldn't of been any nicer Update: followed all of the aftercare instructions but roughly a week later I noticed that my eyebrows seemed very fair again, few days later and they were back to how they used to be my sisters have gone exactly the same, looks like we never even had them done!
