I would never go to this nail bar again. Very rude staff. Pulling my hands and arms about like i was a rag doll. They hurt me several times and actually cut my fingers twice. A day later and my fingers are really sensative. I was left for at least 45mins with my hands squashed into a small bowl with a cold solution (Didn't even put hot water in). Other customers coming in after me were seen to and finished and i was still left sitting there. Over 2hrs i was in this nail bar. Never again. Do they treat all holiday makers in this way knowing its highly unlikely that we will be back??? Disgusted with this place and i will tell friends not to go when visiting Yarmouth. Read Less

Not happy they filed my nails too short asked for gel nails. They are very rude by pulling my arm and hands about and I asked for diamonds and they just put one sliver thing on one nail and continuously on her phone and it was terrible customer service and she went on a lunch break in the middle of doing my nails and they don’t listen to anything you ask for and we will not be returing to taht disguisting place Read Less

Was a good service and fairly quick! Only problem I have is that after 24hours the acrylic has started to turn white instead of staying clear and is also starting to chip away! I will not be paying for replacements! Read Less
