I cannot recommend & commend United Therapists highly enough! As a software writer I sit down for a living and a recent extremely heavy workload rendered my left shoulder inoperable. I was in constant pain day & night, attempting to work and popping more pills than a three fingered pharmacist. Jo told me it wouldn't be quick and not without pain as I was in a really bad shape; figuratively and literally. Begging for treatment every other day, she candidly informed me that after the first session my body would need a week to repair itself; she wasn't wrong. I have never screamed so much in my life! It's with embarrassment that I have no idea what the good people of Herbert Street and beyond thought was going on. Being in such bad shape Jo needed to unleash armageddon on my poor body. The old adage "no pain no gain" was definitely true in this case and I actually used a wooden splint to bite upon during the 2nd session. After 3 to 4 sessions, "Sadie" as Jo is known to my mobile phone, was getting results. I started to feel the benefit and the symptoms started to relieve. Not only was she getting my left shoulder working again but I felt lighter and had more "VaVaVoom". Jo's candid, infectious, funny personality is backed up by consummate professionalism earned through years of sports therapy moulding & honing professional boxers. I go to Jo at United Therapists for back and shoulder problems. I am a manual worker and I suffer quite a bit with muscle pain. Jo knows her stuff and she is always very busy which says it all really. Her treatments keep me working. Def recommend to others. Read Less
