Disappointed. Had lovely almond nails when I went in, came out with square nails. Didn’t ask what shape I wanted, just if I wanted a little shorter , said yes so they squared them. Also the polish is lumpy. Wasn’t a nice experience. Won’t go back.

I've been coming here since they opened and have always had great nails and service....until today. I've had a soak off an overlay and polish and been charged £40. Never has it been that much I've always paid £28 And left a £2 tip.Sometimes if I have had a fancy colour I've paid £33.
My nails look ok but feel awful. Not been filled properly edges are rough and generally a bad job has been done. I won't be returning....if that's how you get treated when you've been so loyal for years then I won't bother.

My 16 year old daughter had them done here for her Birthday, i asked her to go there as they are local and i like to support local enterprise (she wanted to go to Newport) . I wish she hadn't listene...
My 16 year old daughter had them done here for her Birthday, i asked her to go there as they are local and i like to support local enterprise (she wanted to go to Newport) . I wish she hadn't listened to me. Nails wonky, filing dreadful, no two nails looked the same. When I rang to complain they said to come back in and they would do something. What they did was say it was her nails that were wonky, that there was nothing wrong with they had done and flung there arms up in the air saying "Oh My God" "Oh My God". dreadful place / dreadful people. Rude people who play musical chairs when doing your nails.
The first nail colour was gloopie so after they put layer after layer on with no improvement I asked for a different colour. This colour looked better but part of the first colour could still be seen.
The final straw was when I asked How much I was to pay as I didn't think I should pay full price.
I was then told NO PAY. followed by YOU NO WELCOME HERE AGAIN.

I've been coming here since they opened and have always had great nails and service....until today. I've had a soak off an overlay and polish and been charged £40. Never has it been that much I've always paid £28 And left a £2 tip.Sometimes if I have had a fancy colour I've paid £33.
My nails look ok but feel awful. Not been filled properly edges are rough and generally a bad job has been done. I won't be returning....if that's how you get treated when you've been so loyal for years then I won't bother.

I wish she hadn't listened to me. Nails wonky, filing dreadful, no two nails looked the same. When I rang to complain they said to come back in and they would do something. What they did was say it was her nails that were wonky, that there was nothing wrong with they had done and flung there arms up in the air saying "Oh My God" "Oh My God". dreadful place / dreadful people. The first nail colour was gloopie so after they put layer after layer on with no improvement I asked for a different colour. This colour looked better but part of the first colour could still be seen.
