My first time coming in. It was recommended to me. First impression there was an hour wait...great sign!! ( busy means there great right? That's promising after coming from 45 minutes away..) After an hour it was my turn I was going to have a gel manicure, after how rude and unknowledgeable my technician was I got a basic manicure, quickly picking whatever taupe color was in front me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and She insisted i get up from the chair and find th...e colors because the samples she showed me aren't true color and insisted it would be "faster faster faster.::" I came and waited to relax and enjoy my service , not make your job faster and easier (by which she offered me nothing to drink which I heard is something they do) ...so anyway i got up every color I picked up was an issue it was confusing I finally said fine take this color give me a basic ..(am turned off at this point so fine it's faster for you and cheaper for me) ..She cut my finger I had to pull away (she was trying to cover it as if I didn't feel it) ... then right as she was polishing noticed 2 long fuzzies in the nail she just painted... I told her and she rolled her eyes and told me "try not to touch my sweater." What?? Your holding my hand ?? then asked me if I had time to dry my nails after. I said " yes I have time this is what I came to do , you were in a rush so I made it easy for you. Yea definitely was disappointed to come a long way and bring my gf with me (so I even brought you another customer) just for my tech to be rude and not leave with what I would have liked (which was a blush pink and gold mani ha ... basic ) .
