We had an amazing experience with the city pampers team for my friends' hen weekend! We had organised for the team to come out to pamper my friends and I during a hen party weekend and everything about the experience was 5*! We had organised a 1920's themed hen party but thought it would be nice to get some relaxation before the festivities started. We had a range of treatments - massage, facials and manicures. Everyone loved it. Even better was they organised a hairdresser for us to style some of our hair in 1920's styles. Everything was hassle free, from the organising beforehand with Julie who accommodated all the requests with ease and excellent customer service. And all the staff were lovely on the day! I was looking for somewhere in Edinburgh to get my nails done for the day before my wedding and was having difficulty finding somewhere that could accommodate myself and 4 friends at the same time. I came across City Pampers online and I'm so glad I did! Julie was so helpful in organising everything (the girls came to my house), especially at short notice. On the day, Elaine and her team were wonderful. One of my friends was running slightly late but it was no problem for th...e team and they accommodated this easily. The treatments were excellent and the hand massages were so relaxing! It was so nice to sit around and chat, and the fact that the team come to you is a massive plus as it saved me from working out the logistics of getting everyone to a salon! We had bubbly included in our package but they also gave me a wedding card and brought sweets which was a really nice touch. It was so relaxing and just what I needed to de-stress and forget about the little things which still had to be done. City Pampers were welcoming from the beginning. Meeting us down the stairs and showing us up to the amazing penthouse apartment. Straight away we all felt at ease and were encouraged to get comfy into the robes and slippers provided. Elaine our host could not have been better, making sure our glasses were constantly filled with prosecco. Our treatments were done one at a time by our therapist Abigail and were professionally carried out and everyone felt relaxed and at ease the whole time. From the treatment to the apartment to the welcoming atmosphere we all couldn't recommend city pampers enough!
