I have been going to this nail salon for the past 4 years now. Never will I ever go to another salon, the people are so helpful and friendly, and if you are POLITE And speak to them with RESPECT they will show you the best care. Unfortunately people from Middlesbrough lack respect when speaking to people, being impatient and rude will not make your life any easy.
If your going to take the piss out of them, they will ensure you never step foot into the salon again.
Anyways, the waiting time isn’t bad however they will take TIME, and CARE with peoples nails and have them looking amazing which relates to the waiting time, if they rush it they will lose business. Common sense if you ask me.
Ignore the petty comments written about this nail salon. They are amazing! And until you go for your own sake you will understand my review 😊😌

Staff speak to you disrespectfully, do not listen to what you would like doing with your nails. The acrylics ruin your nails when taken off. The woman who done my nails was really disrespectful, kept ...
Staff speak to you disrespectfully, do not listen to what you would like doing with your nails. The acrylics ruin your nails when taken off. The woman who done my nails was really disrespectful, kept pulling my arms down and was not going careful. Would not recommend at all. And they were speaking in their own language which I don’t find respectful at all.

I have been going to this nail salon for the past 4 years now. Never will I ever go to another salon, the people are so helpful and friendly, and if you are POLITE And speak to them with RESPECT they will show you the best care.
