I have been here 3 or 4 times and I've had majority of bad experiences. Today I walked in and told the owner what I would like done (natural nails, manicure, regular polish.) I picked out my color (black e gold tips.) The person actually doing my nails was pushing acrylic on me which I normally do, but my nails simply needed a break. She then tried for gel and SNS. The manager himself told me I should do regular polish. Obviously the technician was not happy that I wanted som...ething simple. I was upfront with what I wanted and she still managed to do it wrong and was extremely visibly frustrated when I had to correct her. She then informed me it would be more money...no to mention I was asked to pay BEFORE services were even rendered. I actually wanted to get up and leave because she made me that uncomfortable. I could have done the same exact thing at home for a lot less and without feeling incredibly uncomfortable. I will now make the trip to Nail City in Brookhaven. See More Read Less
