Another flawless job by Adelaide Nails and Beauty today! Never, ever had a bad experience since my first visit at the start of the year. I would especially like to thank the technician I saw today for checking that I was happy with the colour on one nail before going ahead with the others. My family and I are regular customers of Adelaide nails and beauty and have been for two years but unfortunately, I am really disappointed with the service that I received today. Last week I returned with a faulty set of SNS nails - I had had them on for 12 days and already four had cracked on one hand. I was told that they would not redo the full hand so I would need to pay half price - which I did - all together $75 in under two weeks... Is this even legal? It has now been... a week and I've had another nail crack and chip. I called and spoke to the manager, asking if that one nail could be fixed and was told that if an SNS nail breaks within a week they would redo it however because I called on the "8th" day nothing can be done, even tho it cracked yesterday - last week I was told "two weeks"... ? Consideing it's just one nail, I just do not understand. This is not my first time with SNS - and was lead to believe that SNS is strong and can last up to 3-4 weeks, this is why I choose it - I have been nothing but disappointed. If this had occurred 3 weeks in, I would not worry but because this has happened twice within such a short time frame...? I have MANY members of family (and friends) who regularly visit and recommend Adelaide nails and beauty to their friends and work colleagues however this WILL NOT be the case and we will be taking our business (fingernails) elsewhere.
