Visited for first time for pre-holiday manicure. After about 1 hour the shellac lifted off on one nail. I called to complain - they did offer to fix it, but was just told "we close at 5" when I asked ...
Visited for first time for pre-holiday manicure. After about 1 hour the shellac lifted off on one nail. I called to complain - they did offer to fix it, but was just told "we close at 5" when I asked for a later slot. No apology, help or flexibility. At the original appointment, I had turned up on time and was kept waiting for 30 minutes before they started the (rubbish) manicure and forgot about the other treatments I booked! Disorganised and poor quality.
