Had a massage last week with their half price offer. I'm glad it was half price as I wouldn't have been happy paying full price for it. The girl was very young I think her name was Rachel. She was nice enough but didn't seem to get the concept of a relaxing experience. I work really hard and when I have a massage after a long working day I really don't want to hear her chatting like she's just doing my hair, as I was laying face down I couldn't really chat to her, neither did I want to as I wanted to RELAX! The smell of the chemicals from the nail salon was also really strong. I just wish I could give a good review but the staff really need training on client skills. I came out feeling no different to when I walked in. I went to what's cutting for a treatment at Christmas and the experience could not have been different. They were so professional and no inane chatter about their life while you are supposed to be forgetting about the world and your troubles for an hour, I have never been so relaxed after my facial with Toni at what's cutting, if you want an out of this world experience with experienced therapists then don't go to positive touch, I understand now why their massages are half price as they surely shouldn't ever charge full price for them.
