Absolute rubbish. Came the first time and they were okay, came a second time and waited 2 hours, 3 different people did my nails, they couldn’t even colour them properly and missed all of the sides, and 2 have snapped off when I only got them done yesterday, and there were dints in my acrylic. Also they were very rude when I asked them to paint the sides and were speaking and joking between themselves in their own language. Also they cut 3 of my fingers whilst filing my nails. Disappointing. Been coming here for years but it's got worse and worse in terms of waiting. Doesn't matter what time your appointment is, they don't mind you sitting for an hour with no mention of how long they'll be, and certainly no apology once you finally sit down. Have been in there for an hour and 20 mins today and have left without colour as didn't have time to get it done. Time to find a new salon for me. Read Less

The staff were very polite and didn't laugh at the terrible state my nails were in after going to the previous girl at a different establishment (Amanda James, Bispham Road) A couple of staff noticed and they were very attentive and helpful in repairing the damage done. This cost £20 for them all to be fixed which was very reasonable (probably because they felt a bit sorry for me and the awful state of them). I came out looking at my nails and was very happy with the results. I definitely can see the difference. I shall be going here from now on - they definitely know what they are doing.
