I don't normally have anything on my nails so I decided to try the Sns with a tip I had them done on the 15th July and only had to go back on the 12th August for a soak off as I have a wedding so needed a new colour . DISGUSTED in what happened to my Nan here last week. She now has an infected foot from dirty tools from a pedicure, she is now on antibiotic. My Nan left her number and not one person as rang her to see how she is. The hygiene in the salon is awful. I recommend no one goes here. Read Less

I think I went on an off day but my nails were done by 4 different people, lots of waiting around etc and they all did different things. The woman next to me was having an argument with the owners for what felt like eternity and I just couldn't wait to get out. I have always been to nail one and had a great experience but today I went in and the new staff .. the guy doing my nails decided to have a cigarette outside the door half way through my nails and then came back in and carried on doing my nails. Didn't wash his hands... Wasn't impressed at all! Wash your hands!!! Please smoke when you are not dealing with a client. Read Less

AVOID AVOID AVOID Rude , arrogant , no people skills never mind customer skills .... was a rushed job from the beginning, didn't get anything like what I asked for , and when I pointed out one of the nails wasn't filed down properly ? The boss yes the boss shouted over from another client and said if you don't like sit over there and we'll take them off ! . I run a business and that is not how you talk to customers , especially if they've done nothing wrong ..., so unless you want unprofessionally done nails and to leave a salon with your blood boiling with anger and be spoken to as if you're nothing ? I've been happily going to Nails Time for several years now & will fully recommend them. Their gel nails last me 3-4 weeks between fills & their pedicures are the best I've had - and at such a great price too! I have paid over double at a local spa and feel I get much better service & quality at Nails Time. They have exceeded expecations several times, often offering to immediately repair a nail that I've damaged myself that is not their fault. Try them out, you won't be disappointed. Read Less

I had acrylics done last week and a few of my nails came off after 2 days. There has been no reply on messenger which I think is unprofessional. So I have resulted in going elsewhere, to find the quality of the acrylics are much better. I will not be recommending Nail One. Read Less

Think that it's absolutely disgusting that I paid £31 for nail from nail one 1 week ago and 4 nails have lifted already and one nail has came off! I politely messaged nail one to inform them that I was disappointed with the quality of my nails and to see what they could do about it! I'm very particular as far as pedicures go, and I don't get to go as often as I once did. I decided to treat myself with xmas money and I am thrilled. The pedicure was very thorough, Annie removed all my dead skin, shaped my toenails and a massage to boot. The tools they used were clean or from a new package. My first appointment was set last week. I was driving from Calgary and there was a major accident on Deerfoot. I called to say I would be late and was told it was okay. When I got there (15 minutes late) I was told I was too late and my appointment was cancelled. I went back today and the pedi was "okay". I felt the pedicure was rushed, the girl cut my toe and my heels are still somewhat dry looking. It definitely does not look like I just had a pedicure earlier today.
