I can't believe how rude the staff are! I don't usually review places but I was pretty upset. I came in after work at 550pm knowing they close at 7pm and there would be plenty of time to complete my shellac manicure before they close. The girl threw the colour selection at me and then gave me 30 sec to decide before tapping her finger at her wrist saying "Hurry up, we close at 630pm." The hours listed say 7pm but regardless it was the rudest thing! Aside from that, I felt it was a bit unsanitary and she was very aggressive with my hands and I yelped in pain a few times as she burned me with the sander. I get manicures done at least 1-2 times per month and I've never had that happen before. The only reason I gave it 2-stars is my nails looked okay in the end but there was no cuticle work or hand lotion offered. Not great value. I should also mention another girl came in about 20 min after me and the staff looked at each other and rolled their eyes and then began smashing things around as they were obviously furious. We were both finished our manicures before closing at 7pm so all the hostility was needless. Read Less
