My spray tan was not completed by Remi! I had to call the lady back in twice and I stil do not believe that it is going to turn out well! I wasn’t asked to do the usual moving my body into different positions/moving my head to make sure that the tan was even all over! This is my second bad experience here! In my opinion was unprofessional! I will not be coming back!

Had nails done specially for a wedding which took place in middle of a holiday, out of city. Nails generally short but 2 had split. Had 2 nails extentions. One lasted 2 days the other 3. On return to...
Had nails done specially for a wedding which took place in middle of a holiday, out of city. Nails generally short but 2 had split. Had 2 nails extentions. One lasted 2 days the other 3. On return to shop was refused partial refund and after discussion was offered a fix for broken nails. As a NHS worker I can't have polish so would have to remove all on Sunday. Told by manager That it was not her problem. Small businesses rely on recommendation. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Just had my eyebrows tattooed by Vanessa in this salon, and I can honestly say I've never had a better experience! She was so professional and friendly. She made sure my eyebrows were exactly how I wanted them before letting me leave, and when I asked for small personalized changes she happily did them with a smile! I'm in love with my new eyebrows, they're exactly how I wanted them! One of the best salons I've walked into lately, such a nice atmosphere, really clean, and just nice. I'd recommend them to anybody. 10 out of 10.

Without a shadow of a doubt the best service I've received, Even though my nails were too short for my first set of acrylic nails (they snapped but only because my nails were bitten to the quick and I wanted acrylics that were too long for my hideous stumpy nails to handle) the wonderful Jayne stayed and did me a new set that are PERFECT! You guys were so accommodating when my acrylics went wrong, thank you for fitting me in and rectifying the issue. Made up with my gorgeous new nails, thank you so much you've made my hands look gorgeous!!!! A friendly and lovely experience I will definitely be coming back ladies!!!!! ❤️

Worst spray tan I've had in my life, almost totally washed off the next day and left me covered in orange streaky patches. This has also happened to two other friends in the fiveways salon. I had my eyebrows tinted and shellac nails done also, and despite me suggesting I get the treatments on separate days I was told it was fine to have everything done in one session which meant the eyebrow tint turned orange and stained my skin for three days and the tan got under my shellac nails and toes. Highly unprofessional and despite private complaint the day after appointment I haven't received any reply

Started taking dare to bare slimming tablets on the 24th of November, 2 tables at 10am an 2 tablets at 3pm, 2 litres of water through the day, lost 4lb in the first week with no exercise!

My spray tan was not completed by Remi! I had to call the lady back in twice and I stil do not believe that it is going to turn out well! She made sure my eyebrows were exactly how I wanted them before letting me leave, and when I asked for small personalized changes she happily did them with a smile! Without a shadow of a doubt the best service I've received, Even though my nails were too short for my first set of acrylic nails (they snapped but only because my nails were bitten to the quick and I wanted acrylics that were too long for my hideous stumpy nails to handle) the wonderful Jayne stayed and did me a new set that are PERFECT! You guys were so accommodating when my acrylics went wrong, thank you for fitting me in and rectifying the issue. Made up with my gorgeous new nails, thank you so much you've made my hands look gorgeous!!!! A friendly and lovely experience I will definitely be coming back ladies!!!!! ❤️

Worst spray tan I've had in my life, almost totally washed off the next day and left me covered in orange streaky patches. This has also happened to two other friends in the fiveways salon.
