Went to dye my hair, it was horrible and green. Staff did not care to apologize and blamed it on the type of my hair. Was asked to visit another day to have it fixed. After 4 visits, my hair was still...
Went to dye my hair, it was horrible and green. Staff did not care to apologize and blamed it on the type of my hair. Was asked to visit another day to have it fixed. After 4 visits, my hair was still horrible and it was damaged, I experienced lots of hair fall due to the amount of times it was messed with. Waste of money.
Would definitely not recommend for dying hair.

I visited the Tom ford stand today at Harvey Nichols liverpool and cannot say how happy I was with the service I received. Zach and Kay were amazing, Kay did my makeup beauitfully and Zach was so friendly and knowledgeable I just had to buy all the products they recommended! Thankyou Kay and Zach!

The ladies on the Fenty station were amazing despite how crazily busy they were(Black Friday). I went in for colour match and ended up having my whole face done, and for the first time I loved it, I got great tips to recreate the look. Extremely happy and will be definitely be going back, don't think I would go anywhere else

I visited the WOW bar for my Hen Weekend at 2pm with 8 friends. The table wasn't set up ready for us although we have pre booked by email and called to confirm days before. No sandwiches or salads available on a Saturday afternoon and no explanations or alternatives offered?
We enjoyed ourselves and made do with bread, olives and crisps but i expect better from Harvey Nichols. Must do better

Today I was served by Michelle Cooper at the Lancome counter, she was so down to earth, I went to buy my mum a perfect Mothers day present.
Michelle at the Lancome counter also foundation matched my mother and I , as we are both usually inbetween shades we find it difficult to find a shade but Lancome has the largest range from the lightest hues to the darkest tones.
If you need new makeup perfume to treat yourself or someone special.
Pop down to the Lancome counter and ask for Michelle Cooper, she gives an amazing customer service, trust me you won't be disappointed.

Lovely shopping experience with Sarah at Jo Malone very thoughtful and helpful, about to go to a show and she sprayed me with perfume and offered me a drink made me feel like a very special customer.

Went to dye my hair, it was horrible and green. Staff did not care to apologize and blamed it on the type of my hair. Was asked to visit another day to have it fixed. After 4 visits, my hair was still horrible and it was damaged, I experienced lots of hair fall due to the amount of times it was messed with. Waste of money.
Would definitely not recommend for dying hair.
