Awful. No level of professionalism whatsoever. I first visited the salon a couple of months ago for a full set of acrylics. Whilst getting them done the lady cut my finger and caused it to start bleeding. The next time I stupidly went back to the salon, the lady cut me again, this time on another finger. Not convinced the staff are fully trained to use the sort of equipment being used in the salon. Was really happy with my nails to begin with, until one nail snapped in half and the rest started to come off at the tops of my nails. Second time I visited the salon, I had the same problem with my nail snapping in half (after one week of the nails being put on) which caused an unbelievable level of pain. Shortly after, I went back to the salon to show them the state of my nails. I was told this wasn’t their fault, it was mine and I had snapped the nail in half myself, therefore I was unable to get my money back. There was no apology or anything along the lines of it and the lady argued the toss about it! Terrible attitude from staff, I will defiantly not be visisting again and would not recommend to anybody else. Read Less

Waited over 30 minutes to be told to leave because they were busy. I've always absolutely loved having my nails done here and never left feeling disappointed and have been going almost every month for a whole year! Wow!!!! Booked an appointment for MY WEDDING. I live in the USA and was coming to Liverpool for my wedding. I confirmed just two weeks ago. When I showed up the guy looked at me like He had no idea who I was and proceeded to tell me that the lady who booked my appointment had gone on a last minute vacation!!!! Wow.
