I have been a customer here for 2 years spending a lot of cash 2 or 3 times per month yet the very very abrupt and rude 'manageress' totally embarrassed and humiliated me in front of a salon full of customers a couple of weeks ago. I asked for an appointment for 5.00 p.m. - She had insisted 4.30 pm but I'd explained I was in a hair appt. so agreed to 4:45 pm. When I arrived at 4:40 pm she angrily shouted across the salon "You're late you can sit and wait" and beckoned over a customer who had just walked in without an appointment. The customer was very embarrassed and indicated for me to go ahead of her. This manageress made clear her disapproval and kept repeating "you're late" in a loud nasty tone. At that point I was so humiliated that I held up my hand and just said "Shall we leave this you clearly do not want to do my nails"... Her reply was "Up to you". I walked out after telling her what a "Nasty Woman" she was. The manager witnessed the whole thing and did not intervene to restore any kind of professionalism or customer service. That awful woman has lost a very loyal and regular customer who spent a lot of cash in that salon. She is a liability to the business. Read Less
