Normally have wonderful 5 star experience with my usual technician Rose. She was out sick so Steve did my feet. He said he would do a nail repair but left salon while he had me dry my feet. Literally left me sitting in the back. Jonathan absolutely REFUSED to help me find the correct color for my fingernails stating he had too much to do and there were over 200 colors. Well Sir, I have lots of things to do as well, and before today would drop over $200 dollars a month in here. Highly questionable if I’m returning. Highly!

I love Ken and Christina! They are an awesome tag teams. I always feel welcomed and they are very attentive. You're never rushed or made to feel like you're on an assembly line. Care and precision...
I love Ken and Christina! They are an awesome tag teams. I always feel welcomed and they are very attentive. You're never rushed or made to feel like you're on an assembly line. Care and precision is what it is at the Village Nail Bar! Malcolm is always so warm and greets you with a smile!!! I recommend this place to everyone. Wine and relaxation !

Terrible service. They have rushed me out of several appointments. I go in for a take off I get over charged & she doesn't even take off all my acrylic. They talk in their language & then want to talk to you. Just terrible !! Worst experience by far !! Will not be back !!

They do great work but are slow as molasses. Be sure to set extra time aside in your schedule. Its worth it but it's frustrating if you're in a hurry. And yes, even when you have an appointment, you should expect to wait. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the wine and snacks.

My daughter-in-love and I were serviced at The Village Nail Bar tonight, and experienced the greatest customer service ever in a nail salon. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked through the door. Soon after selecting our nail polish color, we were escorted, with glass of wine in hand, to our double pedicure room where we had the most satisfying jelly pedicure ever. We ended our service with a full set of gel nails and a nice conversation with our techs, Jonathan and Brian. Both Johnathan and Bryan displayed great customer service and expertise in nail care. We can't wait to go back!

Ken is my go to guy for SNS nails. Such a healthier alternative to gel nails - this technique is healthier for your nails and doesn't involve the heat lamps! Leslie, Rose, Jon, Kat - all excellent technicians and you will not be disappointed. If for whatever reason you don't like something, tell them. They'll quickly fix it! Now go try them for yourself!!

Normally have wonderful 5 star experience with my usual technician Rose. She was out sick so Steve did my feet. He said he would do a nail repair but left salon while he had me dry my feet.
