I've had a couple injuries to my toes thus causing some problems w ingrown toenails and they handled it fabulously. My manicure lasted about 10 days and it was regular polish on my nails. Very happy! This South Jersey girl just found her Richmond nail salon with one try! The shop was in a great area (I love Carytown). It is very clean, both in upkeep and appeal. The pedi massage chairs are the best! The staff is super hospitable and engaging. My gel mani and pedi were done by Sue - she's awesome! It was the best service and results I've ever had! Got a French gel mani & french standard pedi from John! It's been about 3 1/2 weeks. My manicure still looks decent! A little chipped but lasted perfectly until about a week ago. Pedicure is still perfect. French lines are super clean and crisp on both fingers and toes. John is super easygoing and so fun to talk to, so he made the entire experience really enjoyable! Ruined my eyebrows and it has taken me 6 months to get them to where they need to be again, tarnished my trust in beauticians altogether. Rose is awesome. I am not a girly girl by any means. I love coming here because of the nail techs. They are all friendly and good at what they do. They all speak english which is a rare thing in most nail salons. If you have questions about what they are doing all you have to do is ask. Their color selection is outstanding. They have so many to chose from that you have all the perfect color for your mood, outfit or whatever suits you. They do pedis and waxing as well.Read Less
