My best friend and I decided to try a new salon and we had the worse experience ever. Wanted to try a design I saw on Pinterest and was scared they could match it. The lady said oh yeah we can do that. So I trusted them. We felt very rushed and couldn't even enjoy getting pampered. It all started out with the pedicure. The lady's were very rough on our feet. Didn't give us time to soak our feet. The water was cold and she barely turned it up when I said something. Felt like s...he couldn't stay focused at all. When I said something about the polish on the top on my toes she gave me attitude and rude hard to get it off. The only thing I did like was they put a liner in the tub. Very neat idea. I asked if she could put a top coat on my toes and she said when we sit down at her station. I thought that was very weird but ok. We walk over and there's a space heater under the table where my feet go. She said let them dry. Very strange. Then off to our manicures. I do not like the electric tools at all. She made me bleed bc she kept hitting my skin. I would say ow and she just looked at me. The design looks nothing like the one I showed them. She rushed the design. She added the wrong colors so I asked for a rhinestone to cover it. I told her the one if calling off and she said rudely to much paint and took a chunk of paint off where the rhinestone goes. So now if the rhinestone falls off it's going to look like shit. The lady didn't know how to paint at all. Paint was all over my fingers. I asked for 2 top coats bc I have to wash my hands a lot and she just looked at me like I was asking for so much. I ended up having to scrub my hands to get the paint and polish off my fingers. My friend came to sit with me bc she got done first and I looked at her nails and saw right away her design did not look anything like the one she wanted and she had paint all over her fingers. When I asked the lady if she could get it off she looked confused on what I was asking. And I re explained what I meant and she got an attitude and scrubbed very hard to get it off. When I got up to go scrub my hands I noticed my feet were blood red from the space heater. We are the customers and you do not treat your paying customers like that. If you want business treat people right any they will come back. Needless to say..the is the first and last time I will ever step foot into this salon. I wish the manager could see this bad experience and how pissed off we are. Horrible experience. Spend your money else where. Do not go to this salon. See More Read Less

King Nails is the best place ever to get your nails done Tammy is the best, she has been doing my nails for at least the past 10 years. I would never have anyone else do my nails!!! I'm not the greatest with going every 2 weeks sometimes it may be every 1.5-2 months but they never come off!!! I love having my nails done by Tammy at Kings Nails. Tammy has been doing my nails for at least 15 years. She is a beautiful person inside and out. All the other technicians and owners of Kings Nails are very professional and accommodating. They are very caring and want you to love your nails when you leave. King Nails is the one place I recommend over and over again! The staff here treats you like family, they get to know you and give the best customer service. Tammy is the nail stylist I usually go to but I have had my nails done by everyone here and they all do an amazing job!
