Came here with my mum. No customer service and no communication whatsoever. Started with the colour however after showering picture there was nothing said so i let her carry on. Went and started filing and doing my nails i was in absolutely agony for all off it and didn’t even apologise. Then went and used a DIRTY tissue to wipe up my blood. And continued too use the toilet and not even washing her hands afterwards. Paid over 50 quid and wasn’t even getting what i went in there for. Came out with both of us bleeding nails and were stinging like buggery. Don’t go there again!

The guy who did my nails was very aggressive and made my toe bleed. The entire pedicure was painful. He then sprayed my feet with spin and span(the cleaning product) and it burned. He splashed everyw...
The guy who did my nails was very aggressive and made my toe bleed. The entire pedicure was painful. He then sprayed my feet with spin and span(the cleaning product) and it burned. He splashed everywhere during the pedicure and my leggings were soaked. I sat next to the door where the nail dryers were and they had the door open. There’s snow outside and it was freezing. Worst place and service ever!

My nails had broken a day later.
The nail varnish was chipped and cracked.
They was all different lengths.
My friends nails was off within 2 days.
The customer service was shocking.. we was waiting ...

The customer service was shocking.. we was waiting an hour just to get it done; i had 3 people doing my nails after 20 minutes!
Not recommended, a waist of £35!!

Been coming here a while and bring my friends too. But recently since there has been a new girl there I've had nothing but bad service. She is very rude, screwing her face up at me when I tell her what i want, just because she has issues understanding English. She has cut me numerous times with the drill, I came in yesterday (purely because my usual place couldn't fit me in) and she want on the phone to her friend paying no attention to me at all. Really disappointed not to mention my nails are nothing like the photo I showed her despite her rectifying it twice. Won't be returning.

Took my boyfriends sister here to have her nails done as a birthday present. I also go here myself. The staff are super friendly, I am very pleased every time I come out of here. I would really recommend this nail salon to anyone that wants a relaxing time and a great experience. I will certainly be going again when my nails need redoing. Xxx

Came here with my mum. No customer service and no communication whatsoever. Started with the colour however after showering picture there was nothing said so i let her carry on. Been coming here a while and bring my friends too. But recently since there has been a new girl there I've had nothing but bad service.
