went in here a couple of weeks ago to have my eyebrows done, was slightly nervous as don't like going anywhere different but the manager was very friendly. I went in yesterday to have my nails done - they had been ruined by acrylics and I had had two weeks with nothing on them but the lady who did my nails was lovely and really friendly. She's made them look 100 times better than they did before, and iv finally got what I wanted my natural nails with an overlay. Awful awful customer service!! My friend had appointment booked, they had made a mistake with the time and didn't accept this instead she was extremely rude and demanded she wouldn't give deposit back. All we wanted to do was re book but she wouldn't do this without paying another deposit. Never been spoken to so rudely before and it is the worst customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Been going here for a month now using the sun beds ! Always lovely staff and aren't all about pushing you to spend the most on courses actually think of your health too while you're using the beds which is nice. Would 100% recommend xx Read Less

The Enliven Lounge is great I go there for all of my beauty needs including waxing and spray tanning. Lou is a lovely lady and always looks after me really well and she can generally fit me in on very short notice. I would definitely this business to anyone who is looking for any beauty treatments. Have been comming to the enliven lounge for sometime now for a massage . Started comming with a bad back to see if it would help. Pain in back has now all but gone thanks to Lou. Always go to Kelly she does an amazing job even if I have a wacky idea we always meet in the middle with a plan she has plenty of patients with me I have never had a problem with my nails apart from my own blunders!! I highly recommend and love all the ladies they always make me feel welcome , believe it or not been meaning to leave a review forever..... But disorganised mother of three and A little dizzy! The first time I have had a spray tan and having a not quite perfect figure felt a little apprehensive, but absolutely no need. The lady was fantastic and made me feel so comfortable.
