I was super nervous to have my first wax. I was worried about being uncomfortable and in pain. Somehow she managers to get it done super quick, properly and with little pain! She also makes you feel at ease and relaxed, highly recommend wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Phoned to see if any appointments for nails - very rude , rushed me off the phone with just a " NO nothing available" .... hadn't even said what day I wanted it for ???... it was for a months time I feel like I need to say that. Didn't have time to state what day I was after and was rushed off and practically hung up on. Terrible customer service , even if you are busy - no excuse for being rude, sorry , would not recommend even phoning after that!

The best hot wax I have ever had! It had been left a bit long as I am new to the area but it wasn't particularly painful (this type of wax never is) due to the Karen being amazing. Also, There is normally an odd hair left I find where the paper knickers get in the way and how you lay but with Karen she got every hair front and back. She was so lovely and put me at ease. Thank you so much!

Phoned to see if any appointments for nails - very rude , rushed me off the phone with just a " NO nothing available" .... hadn't even said what day I wanted it for ???... it was for a months time I feel like I need to say that. Didn't have time to state what day I was after and was rushed off and practically hung up on. Terrible customer service , even if you are busy - no excuse for being rude, sorry , would not recommend even phoning after that!

The best hot wax I have ever had! It had been left a bit long as I am new to the area but it wasn't particularly painful (this type of wax never is) due to the Karen being amazing. Also, There is normally an odd hair left I find where the paper knickers get in the way and how you lay but with Karen she got every hair front and back. She was so lovely and put me at ease.
