Usually welcoming. Often a good job done which is why I use the service but it is disconcerting to have people talking to eachother in a language hard to understand and ignoring the customer. So, if the technician has no English, they communicate by pushing your hand or foot to where they want it ....without looking at you and chatting to a colleagur. Not so nice Read Less

One star is too much, booked online as I didn't have time to ring and my normal go to beautician ( who is amazing) Sophie Taylor Beauty was busy. Didn't recieve an email of confirmation which I found odd so I rang on the day to double check to be told they weren't taking bookings online although it said nothing on there and had taken me to a confirmation page. Staff member extemely unhelpful, and unapologetic. Avoid this rubbish salon as they clearly don't care about customers! I dread to think how bad the quality of their nail service is if they can't even get booking right. Read Less
