Absolutely rubbish!! Came to have a full set of gel nails they told me a different price to what it says on the window, I ask for a certain colour and they ran out so suggested another colour and it was completely different! After a few days of having them one broke off. I won’t be returning back to this place!!

Went in today, I asked how long the waiting was and she said 5 minutes, that five minutes turned into 25 minutes. Price were completely different to what was on windows I asked how much it was going to cost she said £26 for infills with gel then she walked off to get the nail varnish and told me it was going to cost £30. She wasn’t 100% sure on how much she wanted to charge so I told her i didn’t want her to do them as she wasn’t sure. I will not be returning USA Loughborough in nails again. They are rude! So I went to Allure nails in Loughborough they were brilliant, knew prices they were going to charge and were polite.

These Asian people are so rude they always talk about me in their annoying language. I ASKED FOR SQUAVAL BUT THEY GAVE ME SQUARE!! My real nails came off when they DRILLED INTO MY FAKE NAILS APART FROM MY THUMB NAILS. WHICH CAME OF AFTER 2 DAYS.I RATHER A PIG DO MY NAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely rubbish. Got a full set of acrylic nails and the 2 thumb nails were different sizes and all the nails looked wonky. Really disappointed and I won’t be going back again.

Absolutely awful!!! Woman refused to have the length I wanted and didn’t listen to what I said. Prices too high and ain’t worth it. Not happy

Horrid place, staff are rude and rough with your hands. Told my mates son to shut up and sit on the sofa. Overly priced, rubbish quality. DO NOT RECOMMENED!!!

Do not come here because when I was here they gave me the wrong colour and wrong set. Then the next day my skin started to peel off, I had to go to hospital to go through surgery.

Do not come here because when I was here they gave me the wrong colour and wrong set. Then the next day my skin started to peel off, I had to go to hospital to go through surgery.
I tried calling to complain and when I was in the middle of talking they hung up on me. Wouldn't recommend coming here if you don't want to lose your fingers.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! If I could give zero star, I would. Booked here for me and my two sisters as a sisters day out, as we were told we could all be taken at the same time. We all were seen at different times, two of us had to wait for half an hour. All of us were started by one member of staff and then switched to another, it was like musical charirs. All the staff are of asian orientation, there was no politeness, no general chit chat, they all just spoke to each other in their naitive language and worked on their customers like we were on a conveyor belt, on an assembly line, in a factory. Before booking the appointment and on the day of the appointment pictures were shown on exactly how my sister wanted her extensions and i can honestly say it was nothing like what she had asked for. Me and my other sister both went for just a french manicure polish and were told " you know it does not last as long as gel" well yes we know, but the fact that our nail polish chipped and peeled off in less than one day is ridiculous. Advertised they use OPI product and when you look at the bottles they definetly do not. Also all the staff wear surgicial masks and i have been told in the past by nail technicians that if a company does this, do not use them because there product is cheap and harmful. They also use electric filers on nails, you are not meant to use this on barenails. Hack Job!! Will definetly not be returning or reccomending

Absolutely rubbish!! Came to have a full set of gel nails they told me a different price to what it says on the window, I ask for a certain colour and they ran out so suggested another colour and it was completely different! After a few days of having them one broke off. I won’t be returning back to this place!!

Went in today, I asked how long the waiting was and she said 5 minutes, that five minutes turned into 25 minutes.
