Please dont go to five star nails they dont deserve anyones custom im so shocked at how rude the owner is, smacking my hand and then getting really annoyed at me for changing my mind on the colour (way before he started) told me i was annoying. Then continued to make me feel uncomfortable being rough with my hands and all laughing and joking in their language. Not even happy with the nails they are awful and lumpy. Surely the idea of a business is to make people want to come back

I have been a regular customer here for just over a year now and it has really gone down hill the past 5 months. I had my nails done two weeks ago and all of my nails have pinged off on one hand, when i called up in store expressing how unhappy i was about the quality of my nails the woman argued with me saying i should come in for infills every week and was incredibly rude to me down the phone. I will definitely not be returning. Steer clear ladies

I got my nails done back in August. I had been there a few times before but always had the lady’s do my nails. This time I had one of the men do it. I asked for coffin and he looked at his co worker, laughed and rushed them. I moved my hand once and he slapped it. In all honesty I don’t recommend going. They gave me no time to choose a colour either. Not impressed

The staff are extremely impolite to customers and I was very disappointed with my experience. Definitely would recommend going elsewhere as better customer service can be found everywhere and pretty much anywhere else apart from here. Wouldn't even give it 1 star....

So irritated. 2nd time they've ruined my nails. 1st time I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after this time i'm never going back. Asked for coffin shape and there basically round,too short and they were my natural nails. Paint all over my fingers and the 'white tips' look like my 6 year old has done them. Fuming.

I was the first one in the shop, no one offered me tea or coffee, after 2 ladies came in after me, they were treated completely different to me. I chose a nude on my nails (not the first time i've had...
I was the first one in the shop, no one offered me tea or coffee, after 2 ladies came in after me, they were treated completely different to me. I chose a nude on my nails (not the first time i've had it done), 2 of my nails she painted looked fine, it was the way she painted it that the others looked bad and spotty, i explained to her i do not want another colour, i just want all of them to look the same, the manager (was sitting in the massage chair the whole time playing on her ipad) stepped in and starting saying all my nails are different and it also depends on my health, that is why the colour came out spotty. After no one listened she still demanded £20 !!! The attitude of the staff, the cleanliness of the store and the way they do your nails is awful. Would give a 0 if it was possible, after paying and saying i wont return, she had the nerve to say thank you.

Drive from Leicester as previous experience was good. Was there by six and turned away.....closing times are subject to their discretion. Now that I've read other reviews won't be coming again.
