Never had my nails done before and was a little tense! The male that did my nails kept advising me to relax my hands. About 20 times! I said at one point I had previously given birth to two babies so I was sure I could cope with it.. but that didn't absorb with him... his co worker kept telling me to watch the tv and relax. My friends and I and the people of Leicester are disgusted with the service of the staff especially the eldest lady who welcomes you when you come in. She is very very RUDE, hates black people, hates muslims (I know of people she has kicked out of the store for NO reason except that they are black or muslim). She recently insulted one of my mix raced friends directly bringing her to tears. Facebook posts have gone viral about her, people have videoed racism in this store many times. the other staff laugh. IT IS PATHETIC THAT SUCH AN ESTABLISHMENT IS NOT SHUT DOWN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE. The are better stores along the same street who are more respectful and tolerant AND who do MUCH better and spend longer time doing your nails.
