It was my first time at USA nails this Saturday as i usually go to a local salon close to home.
I had a lovely lady do my hands build a gel I shown her.
Very impressed and very professional from the whole salon.
Would highly recommend and will be definitely be going back this weekend to have my feet done there too.
10/10 all round.

I've been going for two years! Very good service - would recommend Veronika but they'll all good. Really good quality nails, only snapping when I did something stupid to damage them! Would highly recommend, one off bad experiences here do not define the salon. I have been going for so long I know that bad days cause bad nails, but they're always happy to address something if I'm not happy and generally they're beautiful ☺️☺️

This is my go to nail place in Leicester. I have been going here for years and they always such a professional job and are so time efficient so great if you're in a rush. Staff are always pleasant and prices are very good value. The only downside would be that when it is busy, sometimes two people do your nails which I don't like but this is rarely the case. Always happy with how my nails look from these guys.

I got my nails done and they chipped within the first week of getting them done i wasnt doing anything hard with them and they just started to chip off very easily.

I'm really disgusted with their service. I used them twice, both times and I wasn't satisfied. The second time they did my nails they took off all of the length and gave me the wrong shape, I asked fo...
I'm really disgusted with their service. I used them twice, both times and I wasn't satisfied. The second time they did my nails they took off all of the length and gave me the wrong shape, I asked for round and they gave me almond and when I asked for it to be rectified they refused and was absolutely disrespectful as they turned their noses down at me for coming in and trying to pull them aside so the customers didn't hear me complain as I didn't want to be embarrassing myself or the staff but they wanted to do it in front of other customers. In the end I wasted money. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! I was completely unsatisfied, mainly with the quality as they rush their work. I went to another nail bar to get them re done and I was so pleased with their customer service and quality as they didn't rush and you can tell the difference between the two nail bars.

Very disappointed!! I went for a pedicure and the staff were ride when i told them I wasn't happy with the service. The pedicure was not relaxing and she hurt me when cutting my nails. She wasn't thorough and i told her to stop and i no longer wanted to proceed. They made me pay 20 pounds for a half cut job. I will never be going there again and will not recommend this place to anyone.

It was my first time at USA nails this Saturday as i usually go to a local salon close to home.
I had a lovely lady do my hands build a gel I shown her.
Very impressed and very professional from the whole salon.
Would highly recommend and will be definitely be going back this weekend to have my feet done there too.
10/10 all round.

This is my go to nail place in Leicester. I have been going here for years and they always such a professional job and are so time efficient so great if you're in a rush. Staff are always pleasant and prices are very good value. The only downside would be that when it is busy, sometimes two people do your nails which I don't like but this is rarely the case. I'm really disgusted with their service. I used them twice, both times and I wasn't satisfied.
