I went here for the first time recently based on the reviews I've read. I was extremely disappointed. The man who did my nails was heavy handed and ended up cutting me twice. 4 days later my thumb still has 2 cuts, 1 of which is deep, which are red and very painful. What was most concerning was that when he cut me he had my blood on his hands and didn't seem at all concerned, but simply carried on with what he was doing. He didn't offer me any antiseptic treatment or first aid, or even apologise, and he then charged me full price. I was so disappointed with my nails I had to go straight to another nail bar where my nails were corrected to how I'd asked for them to be and my cuts were treated. This place was worryingly unhygienic. The deep cut was caused by a nail file that was clearly used on every customer and he made no attempt to clean my blood off it. Shocking. Been 4 times. Great service. Good nails, acrylics that always last. Once one broke and they fixed it no questions asked, no charge. A few lovely members of staff. Would recommend. And parking all around also. Read Less
