I've used this salon for almost a year now and never had a bad experience there. I first had a manicure with shellac polish but have now gone for acrylics with the ombré two tone powder. They always look amazing! I've had two pedicures as well and both times my feet look and feel great, the added perk is you get to relax in the massage chair while having your feet done. I've been a few times and have always been good but the last two times I've been I have been really unhappy!! The first bad experience was last month and I asked for a full set they did them but almost ripped my nail off because they had some acrylic powder under the nail and tried pulling it off once it had already dried. After they tried that they used a drill to get the dried acrylic off and cracked the nail but wouldn't even do anything about it. Then when I went today they told me a certain price before the nails was done which was infills and gel I when it got to most of the way through I got told the price had gone up by 10 pounds so I told them the price they told me at the beginning and argued back that it was this price. They took the nail varnish off and put regular nail Which is still really bad quality it's bumpy and got bubbles all the way through the nail varnish they also cut my thumb and it was bleeding and didn't even care just carried on doing the nail even though I told them it was bleeding. I use to love going to them as they use to be great but deffo won't be going again and all my friends who go ain't going now either due to all this. Read Less

Went to the salon yesterday got a Infill with acrylic and gel colour on top it took ages to do it ended up with wonky nails and they are very bumpy even with the gel on top. The clear coat that was applied has got bits in it. Not at all happy with them, asked the price and they have completely overcharged me for the infill it said £16 and I got Charged £26 completely over priced the colour that I had I so see through. The nails are so uneven on the surface and already look really tacky and I only had them do not even a day!! Avoid at all costs Read Less
