I absolutely love this place! They are clean (use liners instead of the old fashion scrub and soap which I find not as sanitary) friendly, and gentle with my nails. The atmosphere was very pleasant. They offered me a drink which was very nice and not many nail salons do that. They did a wonderful job doing my acrylic nails. I am in love with my nails! Been a customer for 7yrs now. Can't always afford nails. But when I do, I go all the way from the SE heights of Alb to Rio Rancho n don't mind paying a little more for the quality. Hands down, best nail salon in the state. N Demi's hand painted designs are always a must for me. I go all out. They are unmatched n just amazing.. All techs are great. I usually always go to Demi’s for my nails, the past 13 years. But the last few times Ive been very disappointed. The quality and customer service has been horrible. This time I was going to give them one more chance, and my service was rushed and done poorly. I feel like because I just wanted a new set and nothing else, no gel or polish, just a basic set so I can go home and paint them myself the nail tech was annoyed and did a poor job. I own so much nail polish at home but... I can’t do acrylics on myself. I like to be able to change my polish every few days. The nail tech kept pushing for gel for $5 more. After several times telling her no she finally quit and didn’t speak to my the rest of the service. My favorite part of getting my nails done is the hand arm massage after, that’s the best part, but I got a drop of lotion and she barely rubbed it in and said “you’re done bye”. Seriously?! Demi’s Nails is honestly the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I would come here all the time when I lived in New Mexico, I moved to South Carolina and I constantly think to myself how much I missed this nail salon! No one compares. Amazing acrylic overlays with OPI polish which last more than two weeks without a single touch up! I booked a last minute appt for nails and a facial. As this place is down the road from me I thought I would give it a try. I loved my nails. Lydia was great. My facial not so much. The room was super clinical. No tap in the room which meant the therapist was using the same bowl of water throughout the treatment. It was also cold - both the water and the room. The steamer wasn't working properly. The therapist although lovely came across as inexperienced. A rather random experience in all. And the treatment lasted only 40 ins as opposed to 1 hour. I was asked for feedback and therefore shared the above for which I was offered a 10% discount. I'd go back for my nails but not anything else. So disappointing as I really wanted to like this place.
