My first visit to this place . I went in to my eyebrows waxed . After she did it she didn’t even give me a mirror to look at them to make sure they looked good . She turned off the light before I even walked out of the wax room . Pretty much before I got up from waxing chair . Eyebrows were fine though . I won’t be going back.

The worst experience in cutting my hair ever! It took incredibly long. To start with, one of the ladies there washed my hair but the products smelled like Fairy Lemon...she pulled my hair when combing...
The worst experience in cutting my hair ever! It took incredibly long. To start with, one of the ladies there washed my hair but the products smelled like Fairy Lemon...she pulled my hair when combing, irritated my scalp with an unprofessional comb, used a very dirty brush to dry the hair and last but not least when tried to thin the layers, the scissors pulled my hair...the most painful haircut ever...do not recommend..I even paid for a Senior cut...disappointed....

Horrible experience. I started with the guy for a full set of nails w a glittery color, got switched to a woman. She asked if I wanted white? I asked her white under the glitter color I had picked was...
Horrible experience. I started with the guy for a full set of nails w a glittery color, got switched to a woman. She asked if I wanted white? I asked her white under the glitter color I had picked was fine. I then was cashed out before finishing. A younger girl charged me 3p $ which I had questioned bc I had thought full set w color 25$. She finished up and told me I was done but never put the color on. When I questioned her he had to ask the woman who acutely did the nails. She replied with I ask cked u if u wanted white? I said I'm sorry iafm misunderstood??? I wanted the glitter thought she had meant white under the glitter. The one who did my set was not friendly at all in fact she wad kinda rude. The set if myself looks good but not what if myself wanted.

Needed a quick gel polish, went in without appointment but asked about wait time since I was limited on time. The gentleman assured me not a long wait time. 20 minutes later I ask him again and now they can't get me done in time. Wasted my time. Wish he had told me in detail what "not a long time" meant in his mind.

I will never go back to this place EVER again. Jennie totally messed my nails up. Now I have to go get them all fixed.. All I went in for was to have a nail fixed and to have them repainted. And she insisted on shaping my nails when i never once said anything about shaping them..which only put ridges and dips in my nails. And then refused to give me my money back to go have them done correctly. This place is a JOKE!!

I've been going to Spa and Nails on and off for about 10 years now. I have never had the issues that some people have had with them being "rude" but I can say that I have witnessed some things in the past... That being said, I have been informed that the business is under new management and the ones who had the bad reputation of being 'rough around the edges' no longer work there. They are turning over a new leaf and I have already seen the results. If you have had a bad expe...rience before please come back and give them a second chance.. I am sure you will be pleased with the changes. BTW... regardless of the past issues they were said to have had with public relations, they have always done an outstanding job with my nails! I am always pleased with the results and attention to detail they take with making them look awesome! And me being the picky customer that I am, that's saying a lot!! :) I've been to other places in the past when it was convenient for me at the time and have never found a place that will do the job or quality that I expect. My first visit to this place . I went in to my eyebrows waxed . After she did it she didn’t even give me a mirror to look at them to make sure they looked good . She turned off the light before I even walked out of the wax room . Pretty much before I got up from waxing chair . Eyebrows were fine though . I won’t be going back.
