I went in and asked for a wax and tint for my eyebrows, said yes they do that but they might have to thread them aswell, i said no to that as i dnt like it and any other place ive been has never said i need them threading after a wax. Ok so the lady put the tint on, someone came in for there nails to be done so was passed to her colleague she took the tint off then applied the wax but kept waxing the same places of my eyebrows which never have i had done before! Nxt day i woke up with scabs under my eyebrows. I wouldn't recommend waxing at this place and will never return. Read Less

I have just returned from my honeymoon and had an individual lash treatment the day before I went at the Leicester store. I was advised to have a more expensive treatment so that the lashes would last 4-5 weeks and make sure that they would stay perfect for my 2.5 week honeymoon and return. I was very upset that after only a few days they were coming out in clumps and by a week were virtually non existent. I followed all maintenance advice and was very upset after paying £45!... This had not happened to me before after having the same treatment elsewhere. When booking I had been advised that the treatment was to be carried out by a trained manager due to the stronger glue and upon arrival another therapist started the treatment to which I was told the manager would then take over. This did not happen to which I questioned the experience of the therapist and I was left rather confused and also questioned the technique being used as it was not in line with the application used when this treatment had been carried out elsewhere. Although the lady was pleasant I was not filled with confidence and felt I was being used for practice. After completion the manager confused me in saying that the therapist had not checked what I had asked for and a different set of lashes had been applied and I also needed to purchase an additional product which I could not afford on top of the agreed price of £45. I was getting upset at this point as going away the next day and unable to change anything however I was advised they would still last the 4-5 weeks with the correct care. All in all I am very disappointed with the service provided and it was not the special treat I wanted for my honeymoon, being left without lashes after the first week. It is a shame as it upset me a lot whilst away and in future I was hoping I could return to bb's but have lost my confidence in the expertise provided by the therapists. Afficher la suite Read Less

Aman and Cindy at BB's did my shellac pedicure and manicure, and my eyebrows. They were absolutely superb and the service was outstanding. Always go into the peterborough one for my eyebrows to be threaded and sometimes tinted and the lady always does an amazing job, I won't let anyone else touch them now they always look nice and even unlike when I have been to other places before... I had my lashes also done with semi permanent clusters by fozia (I hope that's right) for the first time on Thursday too and I must say I love them, the ladies here are always lovely and friendly .. The lady trimmed my hair shorter than I wanted. Then the right side was longer than the left side. When I've spoken to the manager on the phone, obviosly I was very upset and angry. I was told by the manager that I'm not very nice because I was questioning his staff ability. If she is actually trained hairdresser or not. He even asked me what I wanted him to do about it. They expected to be nice when they mess up with my hair. He was not very approachable and didn't even ap...ologise for what happened.The manager told me that he will get back to me when he get hold of his staff. Im sure he's got her contact number and surely by now he has spoken to her. Sometimes if you're nice to your customer, apology would have been enough. Until now, they haven't get back to me.
