Went to get my brows done today, seemed nice to start with but when I was getting my brows done I had two therapists looking over me while one did my brows which made me feel i a little uncomfortable ...
Went to get my brows done today, seemed nice to start with but when I was getting my brows done I had two therapists looking over me while one did my brows which made me feel i a little uncomfortable to make me feel a little more uncomfortable they started to talk in their own language so that I couldn’t understand them and then they would switch to English. My brows were okay but nothing amazing.. when it came to paying I was charged £12 for my brow wax which is overpriced as it is then the lady said she got the price wrong and asked me to pay another £4.50 but I didn’t have any change on me so I couldn’t pay the extra £4.50 the therapists attitude changed instantly and she wasn’t happy I couldn’t the extra cost. It states on their website an eyebrow wax is £12 so why I was a charged £15? .. £15 for a brow wax.. I don’t think so! Being a beauty therapist myself I’ve never known anyone to charge £15 for a brow wax and I would never expect my clients to pay that.
I will NOT be returning

Had HD Brows done omg shocking service. She talked to other staff members all the way through and then made them too thick as she didn't ask how I would like them done and it all came off the next day...
Had HD Brows done omg shocking service. She talked to other staff members all the way through and then made them too thick as she didn't ask how I would like them done and it all came off the next day. Waste of £30. I've made a complaint but no reply as yet.
I look totally hideous right now I can't even leave my house. I'm in tears.

Whoever did my eyebrows today around 1pm (28/9/16) did a TERRIBLE job. She took far too much off even though I asked for a TIDY. She was also very rude. I've been coming for years but purely on my exp...
Whoever did my eyebrows today around 1pm (28/9/16) did a TERRIBLE job. She took far too much off even though I asked for a TIDY. She was also very rude. I've been coming for years but purely on my experience today I will never return as I'm left with horrific massively thinner eyebrows. Advise anyone from Peterborough to go to the serpentine green shopping centre one instead as they do a much better job. Same company but different staff.
