Came in for a manicure today and it was the WORST manicure I have ever had, filing back and forth instead of one direction, no cream, no cuticle oil. Nothing special basically file, cuticles cut and polish charged £25 for a luxury manicure. DISCUSSING SERVICE asked about a pedicure at same time which they couldn't do however would not returning for this. I'm trainer as a manicurist/pedicurist WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

My wife can Usually can walk straight in with no appointment. Both male and female nail technicians. Always very good.

Went in and my "shellac" nails came off within a week. Went back in to show and get refund but was called a liar and refused to give a full refund back to my sister who was the one who paid. The man w...
Went in and my "shellac" nails came off within a week. Went back in to show and get refund but was called a liar and refused to give a full refund back to my sister who was the one who paid. The man was very rude and a little aggressive when speaking. As they do not give receipts out he wouldn't believe we had been. Eventually after about an hour we got half money back but still not the point.

Came in for a manicure today and it was the WORST manicure I have ever had, filing back and forth instead of one direction, no cream, no cuticle oil. Went in and my "shellac" nails came off within a week. Went back in to show and get refund but was called a liar and refused to give a full refund back to my sister who was the one who paid.
