Rather disappointed booked a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure cost £28 with colour but no exfoliation and not a hint of cream on my feet or legs which I have always had at other salons. Just felt it wasnt quite the pampering experience I thought it would be. The manicure was good, cuticle work excellent but again no cream.

I had my nails done Saturday 17th March here. Never, ever had acrylic nails before and was very nervous. My nails are beautiful, they cut them to the length I wanted and they look lovely. Whole experience only 1 hour. Booked my daughter in now to have her bitten nails sorted. Thank you x

Very disappointed the last time I had my nails done here. I had a different guy to last time & I felt that he was in a rush, he was very heavy handed and constantly looking around at other things! He filed my nails that rough 3 fingers where bleeding, after enduring the pain (boyfriend witnessed & was shocked) , he went on to painting them and left them rather streaky but by this time I’d had enough. After about 5 weeks of having the nails on I can’t remove them at all & have tried everything, the ones that I have managed to remove the nail is completely wrecked.

I have been having my nails done for years and found Star Nails about 6 months ago. I have never had such good nails and they always last far longer than anywhere else. The staff are delightful and are always keen to make clients feel welcome. The filing process they use with an electric file has meant that my nails are no longer sore or thin.They are stronger and healthier since going to Star Nails. The pedicure is the best I have had anywhere- just lovely.

I had a manicure here a few weeks ago & was surprised to find that the woman doing my nails used a buffer to remove my cuticles. She must've been distracted at one stage cos she did one hand twice. One the nails started to grow I noticed the nail bed was damaged with real discolouration where the machine had gone too deep into my nail. I have just messaged the proprietor & told her of the problem. She was very dismissive & refused to refund me the cost of the manicure instead offering to redo my nails which I fervently declined. I would just like to warn other people who feel like pampering themselves that they might well damage their nails in the process if they go to Star Nails....

Had an amazing pedicure today. Really fantastic job not just painting my nails nice, but working on the problem areas of my feet too!!! Finally a real pedicure!! So happy to have this place in Garstan...

Rather disappointed booked a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure cost £28 with colour but no exfoliation and not a hint of cream on my feet or legs which I have always had at other salons. Just felt it wasnt quite the pampering experience I thought it would be. The manicure was good, cuticle work excellent but again no cream.

I had my nails done Saturday 17th March here. Never, ever had acrylic nails before and was very nervous. My nails are beautiful, they cut them to the length I wanted and they look lovely. Whole experience only 1 hour. Booked my daughter in now to have her bitten nails sorted. Thank you x

Very disappointed the last time I had my nails done here. I had a different guy to last time & I felt that he was in a rush, he was very heavy handed and constantly looking around at other things! I have been having my nails done for years and found Star Nails about 6 months ago. I have never had such good nails and they always last far longer than anywhere else. I had a manicure here a few weeks ago & was surprised to find that the woman doing my nails used a buffer to remove my cuticles. She must've been distracted at one stage cos she did one hand twice. One the nails started to grow I noticed the nail bed was damaged with real discolouration where the machine had gone too deep into my nail.
