Daughter had her nails done yesterday, 2 fell off when she got home the rest came off during the night whilst asleep. When she called the salon she was told they won't redo them and won't give her a refund. Utterly disgusting customer relations. Let's see what trading standards think.

Awful nails...I had to take about 1 mm off all nails and file them nicely because they were thick and bumpy...never again!

Very kind staff. To the point, no waffling involved. Admittedly, it can be intimidating at the start but it was an amazing first experience. I will be back!

Worst nail salon I have ever been to, they use very dirty towels and the lady next to us answered everything I said even if it didn't concern her and she had no clue what I said she still felt the need to stop what she was doing and chip in lol. Not friendly and certainly not relaxing-HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Staff are lovely, my concern is the damage done to the nails and the products that are used.
The salon is extremely dirty and can do with a clean.

Walked in without an appointment and they saw to me straight away I was rushing because I had to have my nails off before work and she took acrylic and gel of in 20 mins, my nails felt dry afterwards ...
Walked in without an appointment and they saw to me straight away I was rushing because I had to have my nails off before work and she took acrylic and gel of in 20 mins, my nails felt dry afterwards but she told me there was some cream i could use next to the sink and she even offered to shape them for me and apply a gloss (however I was rushed so had to decline) lovely kind staff who made conversation, very good value for money too compared to more expensive salons, however I couldn't pay with card and do had to walk a short while to a cash point up the road, will be sure to visit again soon due to great central town location! Thanks will be visiting again soon

Took 20 minutes to have acrylics done. Ive never been so rushed before. The lady didn't even file my nails before putting the acrylics on. Absolutely gutted with my nails. Just want to rip them off. W...

Popped in today and asked if they did walk ins, they were really nice about it, did my nails there and then but asked me to make an appointment in the future. All staff are really friendly and I left ...
Popped in today and asked if they did walk ins, they were really nice about it, did my nails there and then but asked me to make an appointment in the future. All staff are really friendly and I left with a nice set of nails, I'll definitely be returning ❤

Went in today I was seen quickly considering I had no appointment . The owner/manager was very nice! Good management of staff! Over all a good experience but I felt as tho they rushed a little! And I ...
Went in today I was seen quickly considering I had no appointment . The owner/manager was very nice! Good management of staff! Over all a good experience but I felt as tho they rushed a little! And I had to touch up my nails a little myself when I got home , but I think everyone does that any way. I would defo recommend x £28 full set of acrylics! Keep it up I'll be back x

Daughter had her nails done yesterday, 2 fell off when she got home the rest came off during the night whilst asleep. When she called the salon she was told they won't redo them and won't give her a refund. Utterly disgusting customer relations. Let's see what trading standards think.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to, they use very dirty towels and the lady next to us answered everything I said even if it didn't concern her and she had no clue what I said she still felt the need to stop what she was doing and chip in lol. Not friendly and certainly not relaxing-HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
