I got LVL lashes done here a few months ago. The service was really terrible and staff really brisk. No explanation of treatment and as I had to keep my eyes closed found it disconcerting to have people (as well as therapist) walking in and out of room. I told the therapist it was very itchy but she assured me this was fine. When I sat up at the end, the dye literally ran into my eyes and a day after skin from my eyelids had peeled off. It looked awful and was sore. As I was trying to stop dye running into my eyes she took a photo of the lashes without asking me or no explanation what it was to be used for. Could not wait to get out of there. Please give your staff more training. I have had LVL done before elsewhere with no problems. I had my nails done a couple of hours ago, and they are already chipped. I was forced into getting polygel instead of acrylic, and the woman cut my finger with the nail file - she was very rough. Overall paid £50 for the worst nails I've ever had. Read Less

Fairly rude and doesn't really consider how long you've been waiting for and usually if i get my chin threaded they cut into the skin and i'm left with blood spots and scars for the next 2 weeks, wouldn't recommend especially considering how expensive they are Read Less

I had to be asked if I was happy with my odd shaoed brows. One side was too thin even though I asked for them to be kept thick. Did not honour thd £2 discount. You can keep your discount. Overall- Truly awful! Read Less
