I had a full set of Acrylics, 3 days later they had turned yellow, i went back in and was told there was nothing they could do, i have been using this salon for 7 months but it has gone down in the last 2 months, i won't be going back.

Very poor customer service. The woman was extremely rude and took 2 hours to do my nails because she was constantly texting and on the phone. She was very snappy and arrogant and overall it was a negative experience.

Had a lovely pedicure yesterday, the young girl is lovely she works so hard and does a great pedicure. However, I can understand people’s reviews on here, you should never be talking on your phone whilst dealing with a customer, i was taught in customer services the most important person is in front of you.

I have attended the Ormskirk Salan a couple of times. Advantage of this salon is that is a walk-in service therefore convenient, however this is highly reflected in their poor service. I believe the staff to be rude, it is totally unacceptable for them to be texting and listening to music through earphones whilst serving a client. I also disagree with the multiple members of staff proving your treatment, it is most frustrating when staff leave you for a length of time waiting⋯⋯ while they deal with another client (in my experience over 20 minutes). Recently I have had two shellac treatments, the first wasn't done to my liking as there were gaps either side of my nail where the paint hasn't been put and therefore I returned the following day to be told that that's the way they do the shellac and that there was nothing they could do. The second and most recently occasion I sent a message via Facebook to be told that their policy states no refunds, no where in the salon is this displayed. It was offered to me that they would "redo" the nails which had cracked and pealed away but I did not accept due to it being a reoccurring problem. I would definitely not recommend this nail salon unless you are happy to pay for poor products which potentially ruin your nails. 查看更多

Would highly recommended these loved my ombre nails with one Chrome finger and done them super fast but thought it was a little experience but would still go back x x

Terrible service, extremely poor quality manicure - nails were left with rough edges which snagged my clothes, polish began to chip later the same day.

Had a full set on a month ago. Then got infills 2 weeks ago. They have now began snapping and crumbling off. This is not due to standard "wear and tear". Very unhappy with the quality.

Me and my mum have come in to have our nails done. It was great that there was no cue or wait and we were seen straight away, however I find the service appalling . The people that work in there are so rude and have so much attitude it has put me off going to them again completely. It's not a professional environment, I came in to have a nice day with my mum and have us both walk away happy with our nails, didn't expect to come out and feel upset and angry with the way we were treated.

Went to get mine done today and they look fab. Very impressed with nails but not so much oth the quality. The girl who was doing them kept texting all the way through and a lot of the time didn't look at what she was doing was more concentrated on the television. When she was looking she was quite aragront. Good quality nails just same the service let it down.
